These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bettyhub.com and the services offered by BettyHub. By using the site or our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our services

BettyHub provides remote operations, administrative, bookkeeping support and customer support services to businesses, delivered by dedicated specialists on a monthly retainer.

Confidentiality and client data

We treat all client information as confidential and use it only to perform the services. Where we process personal data on your behalf we act as your processor and will enter into a data processing agreement on request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you give us access to.

Professional advice

Our bookkeeping support is administrative in nature and does not constitute accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

2. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change from time to time; any change will not affect orders already confirmed. When you sign up, we will confirm the details and send a secure payment link. Your contract with us begins once we confirm your order in writing.

3. Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds

Plans are billed monthly in advance and continue until cancelled. You may upgrade at any time, and downgrade or cancel with 30 days' written notice. Up to 20% of unused hours roll over to the following month; remaining unused hours expire and are not refundable. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, or submitting false or unlawful information through our forms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and the design of the site — belongs to BettyHub or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Photographs are used under licence from Unsplash. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. We work hard to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BettyHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
